At the moment, in case of ordering the products through our online store, we only ship to Germany. If you wish to order the products to another county, please check the external pharmacy links under https://www.bentrio.com/shop/.
Within Germany we charge EUR 5 for shipping. If ordering 2 products, the shipping fee is EUR 4 and from 3 ordered products the shipping is free.
Within Germany the standard shipping time is 1 – 3 business days.
In case the shipment is delayed (e.g. the product is not in stock, the manufacturer is unable to deliver or other operational disruptions, traffic or shipping disturbances), we will notify you of the product availability and the extended delivery time.
Please note that we may execute the order in partial deliveries.

Are you dissatisfied with a product or the order? We are committed to satisfied customers and we appreciate if you contact us on this.
Please report any complaints, such as incomplete or incorrect deliveries or obvious defects immediately in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org, at the latest within 14 days following the receipt of the products. In case of hidden defects, please report the complaint immediately after discovery of the defect.
We will process your request as quickly as possible and within our opening hours from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm.
After we have processed your request and approved the eligibility of the return, we will provide you with a return label. The products have to be returned with the return label, in perfect and unused condition and in the original packaging within 14 days after the return label has been issued.
